On Sunday June 7th, we got a chance to hangout with the Executive Chef from Havana Rum Room in North Bergen, NJ. Peter Martinez comes from a family of generations of chefs, his father and grandfather have many years of experiences in the culinary industry. From the age of 5, Peter, build a passion for food following his dad and grandfather in the Kitchen, three years ago he left his previous job as a technician, of many years, to follow his dream. He continues his aspiration for food attending one of the most prestigious schools at the Institute of Culinary in NYC.Chef Peter brings a different element and
